Our sports physicals include a comprehensive health history review, vital signs, vision screening, cardiovascular assessment, musculoskeletal evaluation, and clearance documentation required by most school athletic programs.

How long does a sports physical take?

Most sports physicals are completed in 15–20 minutes. Because we come directly to your school, there's no travel time or waiting room.

Will my child receive their clearance form the same day?

Click "Register a Student" in the navigation bar. You'll first create a parent or guardian account, then complete the 4-step student registration form with health and insurance information.

Yes. Creating an account allows you to securely manage your student's health records, track appointment history, and update information at any time.

Absolutely. Your student's account is completely confidential and protected under HIPAA. Information cannot be accessed by anyone without your prior consent.
